I received an email today (see below) supposedly from Cardinal Sandri. Is this legitimate?

The Vatican donations boards has choosing you and others to act on the service of Jesus Christ is distributing donations that we will be sending to you to give it to the poor, the widows, the homeless, the orphanage and motherless babies homes.
This decision is taken in accordance of His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI in seeking more workers in the vine yard of GOD. We will send to you some, cloths, foods and money. You will distribute it among the category of people we mention above.
